It also makes creating and editing new fillable PDF documents on the fly relatively easy. It's a well-designed app/program and I'm glad we're able to use it for our e-filing purposes. **What do you dislike about pdfFiller?** I wish it didn't require you to mark as read literally every single uploaded file in an envelope in order for the entire envelope to be marked as read, if that makes sense. This leads to me being unable to tell which files are truly newly uploaded and which are old. I'm always looking for a "Mark All as Read" button that would clear all the orange dots and give me a clean slate for newly uploaded docs. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo. **What do you dislike about pdfFiller?** Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure.
